Day 26 is all about self-care.. this can mean many different things for different people. For me it often means taking some quiet time to be with my thoughts - a hot bath, a stroll in the woods with our pup, a date with my journal or sketchbook.. time to recharge when I get a bit too peopled out - sans guilt.
